Please be aware: massage oils and/or oils on sale are non-returnable items.
No returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the returned merchandise value. All returns must be pre-approved via e-mail or telephone and have the following words written on the outside of the package AUTHORIZED RETURN. All claims of loss or damage must be made within 3 days of receiving order.
